Why Would You Want to Use Us?
There are many reasons why you may want to hide behind our name when filing an opposition against a particular patent. Here are just some of those reasons:
- You may not want your competitors to know that you are interested in their technology;
- You may want to influence the terms of a patent licence whilst at the same time negotiate face-to-face with the patent owner on cordial terms;
- You may want to influence the selling price of the patent;
- You may want to put forward arguments or documents that possibly may be held against you on one of your own patents;
- You may want your competitors resources being spent on defending the opposition as opposed to being spent on other activities;
- You may want to file a number of different oppositions against the same patent - e.g. each opposition making different points or submissions.
